We are seeking an Sales Director who will provide client leadership and business development to one or more of our key business areas in digital product, experience, marketing and digital transformation. The position is a new position created to drive proposition-based selling with focus on industries sectors in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. This is someone who has passion for creativity as well as human centered design and outcomes. They can work with clients across every stage of the product lifecycle, and all stages of the product design process, from strategy to build, to drive better outcomes for our clients, their employees and their customers.
As a Sales Practitioner, you will be responsible for selling integrated digital experience and technology solutions to C-suite client stakeholders across North America. Your role will focus on product strategy, experience design, digital strategies, digital platforms, AI, digital commerce, mobility solutions, process automation, Low Code No Code platform implementation, and UI/UX. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients, generate new leads within accounts, and achieve sales targets to ensure profitable growth.

Basic salary range: US$ 116,600 to 148,000 ( excluding role incentives).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong Product, UX, technology and business domain skills.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 8 years of total experience within a digital design and product agency or a professional services or tech organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling digital experience/marketing/technology solutions to C-Suite client stakeholders across North America.
- DXP/Digital consulting experience.
- Experience in leading digital transformation deals.
- Proven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally within an organization.
- Experience with 7m+ deals.
- Digital Transformation experience.
