Ad Ops Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Ops Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Colombia or Mexico. As an Ad Ops Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, primarily for US-based clients. Your goal will be to maximize ROI and ensure the success of our clients’ online advertising efforts.
This position requires a deep understanding of paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and martech teams to execute and report on campaigns that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help achieve demand generation goals by creating and executing campaigns that will drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
- Manage, optimize, and monitor PPC campaigns on multiple platforms including search, programmatic, and social channels.
- Allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining efficiency within the allocated spend
- Identify and create detailed audience segments for precise targeting through various channels, ensuring optimal ad reach and engagement
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and more, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (account managers, content creators, designers) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- A/B test ad creative, copy, and landing pages to continually improve performance.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to campaign performance and platform updates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital advertising.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Expertise in Google Ads and familiarity with other PPC platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and online customer acquisition.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - must be fluent in both languages to coordinate effectively with a US-based team and local market understanding.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions and strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and remarketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a US team, adapting to different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with US-based as well-global clients or agencies.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certification.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar for competitive analysis.
