We are looking for a highly driven sales professional with a strong track record of new business acquisition, particularly within Creative, Design, CX, Digital Experience, and IT solution sales. What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new logo acquisition across Creative, CX, Design, Digital Experience, and IT services
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans across key industries and target accounts
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through direct prospecting, alliances, and partner networks
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery and solution development through to negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and delivery teams to create compelling client solutions
- Influence solution offerings and market positioning through customer and industry insights
What We're Looking For
- Proven success selling Creative, Design, CX, Digital Experience, or IT services
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals valued at $5M+
- Established network of enterprise decision-makers and influencers
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and expertise in value-based solution selling
- Understanding of offshore/onshore delivery models and pricing structures
