Responsibilities:
- As an Organizational Performance Consultant, you will play a key role in Indigo Slate’s success by spearheading cross-departmental engagements aimed at crafting and executing strategies that mature organizational capabilities and improve performance. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify organizational performance gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. This may involve analyzing data, conducting surveys, and interviewing key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with customer sponsors to develop strategies and action plans to address identified performance issues and align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the overall quality of operations within the organization.
- Designing and delivering training programs to build the skills and competencies of employees, which can lead to improved performance and productivity.
- Developing change management strategies and managing communication efforts to minimize disruptions and resistance.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and measure the impact of interventions and improvements. Continuously monitoring and evaluating performance against these metrics.
- Focusing on strategies to increase employee engagement, job satisfaction, and motivation, which can have a direct impact on organizational performance.
- Leading collaborative efforts across departments for clients to devise and implement execution strategies fostering improved efficiency and performance.
- Maintaining and driving the program roadmap while effectively engaging stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Articulating relevant business scenarios to target people both verbally and in written form.
- Leading and facilitating workshops in a way that engages participants, encourages active participation, and promotes learning and skill development. This may include delivering presentations, guiding discussions, and conducting group exercises.
- Leveraging best practices for continuous improvement and innovation and sharing insights with our broader consultant team.
- Providing guidance to studio resources and SME practitioners to ensure successful delivery aligned with documented objectives and outcomes.
Required experience and qualifications:
- We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Preferred: Management degree (MBA or PGDM).
- 5+ years of pertinent organizational design, organizational development, or consulting experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technology solution environments.
- Proficiency in creating, communicating, and driving project vision/scope documentation, workback schedules, managing project budgets, and guiding project deliverable reviews.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use tools and techniques to assess organizational performance, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying ideas, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- The ability to design and facilitate training workshops, as well as create engaging learning experiences for employees.
